Challenge Blurb: | After filtration and precipitation treatment, the mineral oil used for lubrication of stainless-steel belt with wide cold rolling is deposited as solid-liquid mixture (sludge). Waste oil sludge is a kind of waste lubricating oil with high solids content. It is black and sticky with high metal content and complex composition, which is very difficult to settle in natural state. |
Challenge Description: | Technical requirements 1. Research on a set of technology that are suitable for treating baoxin stainless steel rolling oil sludge; 2. Design a set of rolling sludge treatment device. After transformation, the technology and device should meet the following requirements, Separated oil, liquid particle size: 0.5 micron; Oil cleanliness: NAS6~7; The physical and chemical indexes, especially the practical performance, meet the standard of oil in primary production.The separated solid can be treated by pressing cake. 3. Sludge treatment capacity: 0.5 ton/hour. |
