Challenge Blurb: | The main requirements of this project are to study the on-line measurement technology of the strip shape between hot rolling mills, to measure the flatness of the strip width and length in the production process, and to develop the corresponding equipment and realize the industrial application. According to the video data of industrial camera in the rack of hot continuous finishing mill, identify the wave shape between racks. |
Challenge Description: | Requirements: 1. Research and implement strip wave pattern measurement technology based on structural light depth ranging technology; 2. Develop and implement measuring equipment and industrial applications; 3. Realize simultaneous measurement of strip width and length direction; 4. Online real-time measurement; 5. Measuring accuracy is less than 2mm/m. |
